Our approach to collections differs from most firms.  We believe that an attempt to resolve every collection amicably is in everyone's best interest.  There is no denying the fact that litigation has become expensive in terms of fees charged by the courts and process servers.

In terms of our organization, we are structured as much like a collection agency as we are a law firm.  We like to think we combine the best qualities of the collection agency and the law firm into one collection "machine".  We have organized ourselves to differentiate between retail and commercial collections, so an increase in either would readily be absorbed in terms of our computer system, and most probably in terms of our existing day-time and night-time staff.
